Mindfulness meditation is talked about a lot in today’s online blogs. In this particular blog, I really enjoyed how Ian Gawler speaks about ensuring you are truly relaxed first, meditation without relaxation is not so useful 🙂 http://ow.ly/wdKXn
Do you mediate? If so, do you ensure you relax fully first, or, like most things we attempt in today’s society, do you rush into it, try the quick 5 minute version, then state it doesn’t work?
