Life Journey Update
It’s now been 10 weeks since I began my journey to better health, improved energy and increased motivation.
Pictures usually help us see the progress much easier than words, so please see the progress from 82kg (180 pounds) to 74.5kg (164 pounds) over the last 10 weeks.
The journey is always with it’s ups and downs, the exercise is happening regularly, either walking, doing weights with a friend, or going to the gym. I think I love the walking the best, I get to see such amazing things when I am wandering (okay, so it’s not a gentle stroll) past, like this morning, it was a beautiful blue dragonfly on the side of the road – I’ll update facebook with it later on today.
I don’t know about you, but I am definitely seeing changes occurring in my body!!
